Experience that
connects the details.

Compoundium brings a practical, informed voice to quality assurance across healthcare compounding.

WHY COMPOUNDIUM

Quality assurance
deserves the full picture.

The environment, the procedure and the people belong in the same conversation.

A cleanroom drawing answers one set of questions. A procedure, a training record or a monitoring result answers another. Compoundium is a place to explore how those details relate to one another and to the realities of healthcare practice.

Our focus is useful information: original sources, thoughtful context and questions that help professionals look more closely at their own work. Hospitals, compounding pharmacies, home infusion providers and facility design teams all have a place here.

MEET WILLIS TRIPLETT, PHARM.D.

A practical voice.
A broad field of experience.

Pharmacy training, professional publishing, operational leadership and consulting bring different perspectives to the same quality conversation.

01
PHARMACY & INFORMATION

A foundation in pharmacy. An eye for the source.

Willis earned his Pharm.D. from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. His experience as Assistant Editor at Medi-Span adds a pharmaceutical publishing perspective to his operational work.

02
OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP

Experience where the decisions meet the work.

His leadership roles included home infusion general management at Owen Healthcare across seven sites and four years as Director of Home Infusion at OhioHealth. That background informs his interest in the people and systems behind quality.

03
ENVIRONMENTS & SYSTEMS

Connecting the facility to its everyday use.

His consulting practice has included cleanroom design, SOP development and accreditation, as well as purchasing, due diligence and organizational change. Those connections matter when a technical question also has an operational dimension.

04
A BROADER VIEW

Perspective across organizations and settings.

Willis’s professional biography describes advisory work for more than 210 client organizations. Compoundium draws on that breadth to bring hospital pharmacy, home infusion, compounding and facility conversations together.

Professional background and client count are reported in Willis’s biography. Additional background appears in his Alliance for Compounding Excellence profile.
